The following are some recent projects we have been involved in either as the developer or the main contractor. From refurbishments which we have specialist teams for, to specialist services and bespoke projects. The following should give you an idea of our expertise, the type of developments we build, the contracts we enjoy and importantly we choose to be part of.

		Surrey Hill Haven: Our team is used to renovating older style properties, as well as new-build to a high standard. We totally renovated this beautiful old home on a hill looking out over the Surrey countryside for a client. The house was dilapidated and needed taken right back to the bricks, now its a beautiful, contemporary and sustainable 21st century home.
		Staines Semi: This is our everyday type of work and we could show many more examples, for our clients who include landlords, developers and property investors. The house needed rewired, bathroom suite fitted, tiling and kitchen installed and completely redecorated throughout.
		Probate Pooley Green: A client approached us on a property he had inherited that was so run down he didn't know what to do with it. We brought it back to its orginal splendour and not only this, through our associates at LandHunters.co.uk we partioned a half an acre and sold it on behalf of the owner for a substantial amount. The owner was delighted as he not only benefitted from the increase in value but received an unexpected windfall.
		********* Project: Six 6-bedroom individually designed, architecturally inspired, totally bespoke, signature eco-homes, on large plots, in a beautifully landscaped, private community. We can't say much more, as the project is still under wraps but suffice it to say this innovative project for greenpreneurs who want to give something back is unlike anything ever seen in the UK.
