Our staff are tradesmen who are used to updating, refurbishing and renovating older style properties, as well as new-build to a high standard and we will be happy to quote you fixed prices for this work. On NEW Build: We work on small exclusive eco developments, to bespoke villas. On joint partnership projects we only work with innovative companies also on an exclusive basis, such as our newest project. The development of 6 individually designed, bespoke, eco-homes 2011.

We have built our client base mainly by word of mouth, by referral from cusotmers. We are not a high-volume build company, we have "no interest" in multi-accommodation building, or the construction of apartments, although we do have specialist teams who work with our landlord and property investor clients to refurbish properties for sale or maintain properties in their portfolios.

 

Due to rapidly rising UK land costs and in association with Land Hunters we have recently launched a new initiative to enable clients to grow their portfolios through land purchase and develpment opportunities.
